Extremely knowledgable, had an entire system installed in about 4 hours. I'm fairly knowledgable in HVAC, but Scot from White Sands k ew his stuff. Professional, they cleaned up after themselves, they didnt take any shortcuts. There was a hiccup with the system, I informed the company and Scot was back out in less than 24 hrs, found and fixed it with no questions asked. Scot does quality work, and he stands behind it!

I am so pleased with their service. I called on a Sunday with a heating concern and someone answered the phone and addressed my concerns. Very professional company. I highly recommend them. Scott is so personable and knowledgeble and takes the time to address all your concerns.

My A/C was out from Wednesday night until Friday due to some poor dealing with another HVAC company. I heard about Scot, the owner of Whites Sands and I called him at 1:30 Friday afternoon. He came and troubleshot my unit, drove to Pensacola to retrieve the necessary parts and labored until 9:30pm to ensure my air was working. His comment for doing giving long hours in a last minute phone call was "You do not need to go another night with air conditioning." He was professional, well mannered, meticulous, and courteous. He quoted me a price in the beginning and although he had to go the extra mile he maintained true to the price he quoted. JOB WELL DONE!!!

My home A/C+Heating unit (for my enclosed Florida Room) stopped cooling just after I bought my home in Navarre, FL, and I called a company to have it repaired and was told, after inspecting, that it needed to be replaced & for quite a huge $$$$ amount. I waited a while... considering the huge investment. Then recently, I called White Sands and the gentleman that arrived was quite knowledgeable as to what might be the problem and thought the unit might not need to be replaced, went on to inspect,!and sure enough, it didn’t!! He went on to fix the unit completely and has been in working order ever since!! And for quite a lot less!!$$$ Wish I had called White Sands initially....it’s hard to find honest, trustworthy & experienced people these days but the gentleman, Scott, from White Sands possesses all of these qualities!! I recommend this company to anyone needing their services!!! Thank you Scott & White Sands. We will be forever grateful!!!

After we came home from a vacation, our A/C unit was frozen and leaking. We "interviewed" several companies by phone and had three come by to give estimates... White Sands may not have been the absolute cheapest, but they were definitely the most knowledgeable. Service was far better, too -- they got our old system working until the new unit was available two days later... AND they installed a better grade of equipment as well. Even better, since they are approved by Gulf Power, we received a $1000 rebate. We recommend White Sands highly!
