I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, "I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working" So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didn't have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me.I am sure that there are good A/C companies all around us, but finding an owner and company that will ALWAYS do right by you and not try to take you to the bank can be a roll of the dice. I 100% trust this company with any and all of my future needs.

unit went out late afternoon, repairman arrived next morning, unit had started work inn the night, but he still checked everything and cleaned the evaporator coils.

They answered quickly and solved the repair problem, finding the necessary part still under warranty, and installing it before a whole day had passed. It is important that I give this company the credit it deserves. As I mentioned in my initial review I was very disappointed in the service rendered. To set the record straight, I am very grateful and appreciate of the response from White Sands. They contacted me via phone immediately to address my concerns. Additionally, they came back out to reservice my unit with patients and professionalism. As homeowners of several properties I often look for quality Company's as we all know maintenance is not cheap. Their willingness to make things right and make me feel comfortable was a priority for them. I will definitely be using this company again in the future for my HVAC needs. Keep up the great work and Thanks A million.Home warranty Company sent them to my home. The technician was very unprofessional. My daughter overheard him talking to his company stating that the homeowner wanted something for free. The technician made no attempt to find out what the problem was with the air conditioner. He stated that the air condition wasn’t of good quality and was almost 6 years old. He stated that it was probably just getting old and that he didn’t know what was causing the noise and wasn’t willing to try to figure it out. He then tried to get me to pay him to change out the capacitor. Additionally he stated that the home warranty would not be willing to fix it without even making contact with them and making a recommendation. When my daughter called him out for making the statements that wasn’t true to his company he tried to deny them. At this time he started trashing the home warranty company stating that they wanted them to fix air conditioners but didn’t want to pay. My daughter stated to him that was not a customers issue. I was very dissatisfied. I can’t understand for the world of me how he came up with the home owner is looking for something free. We paid well for our home warranty. This is unacceptable.

I called late one evening and someone was already out early the next morning! The guy showed up, diagnosed the problem, and left to get the part in only about 30 minutes. He was back much faster than he said he would be and the new part was installed in about another 30 minutes. The guy was incredibly respectful, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I’ve now used this company twice and without a doubt I’ll be using them again if we have another issue!

after an inspection to sell my house the inspector called for an AC coil cleaning. I wasn't sure this needed to be done. So I called White Sands on a referral. First of all someone answered the phone. Second I got a call back from a tech within 10 minutes. and we made an appointment. upon arrival the tech was professional and after not seeing an issue he didn't stop there . He checked out the complete unit top to bottom . The charge was a minimal service fee . and now I have piece of mind i am selling my house with a perfectly working AC system.Thanks White sands

This is now the second time we've had to use White Sands, and I am still just as impressed as the first time. We had to have our whole unit replaced, which is never fun. However, Mr. Davy and the crew made the process as painless and seamless as possible. They answered all my questions, got us our unit quickly, and went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible on me. The men who installed the new unit were polite, professional, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Once power was restored after Hurricane Sally, we noticed our AC was not working. With two toddlers and a newborn, this was posing quite an issue! I called White Sands, and within 2 hours I had technicians in my driveway. Thankfully this was an easy fix and our AC is up and running less than 3 hours after I initially called. I am more than impressed with the cost, professionalism, and promptness of White Sands! Will definitely be using this company again in the future if the need arises!

When it was time (long overdue) to replace the original HVAC system in my home built in 1972, White Sands went above and beyond. I got 5 different quotes and White Sands not only gave me the most options, they made sure I understood how the systems work. I felt very comfortable making the decision on my own. Great in-person service impresses me now more than ever as so much of our interactions are with screens and not people. Scott and his crew at White Sands Cooling and Heating have been servicing our AC for more than 7 years now, and he is always promptly responsive—usually at our door within hours of our call. Service was outstanding. The problem was corrected within 24 hours from my fist call. Tech was great to work with and my system is operating fine. The system was not the issue, but a damper was. The Bryant system is the best system I have had. save about 120 $ a year and get great service

My A/C was out from Wednesday night until Friday due to some poor dealing with another HVAC company. I heard about Scot, the owner of Whites Sands and I called him at 1:30 Friday afternoon. He came and troubleshot my unit, drove to Pensacola to retreive the necessary parts and labored until 9:30pm to ensure my air was working. His comment for giving such long hours in a last minute phone call was "You do not need to go another night without air conditioning." He was professional, well mannered, meticulous, and courteous. He quoted me a price in the beginning and although he had to go the extra mile he maintained true to the price he quoted. JOB WELL DONE!!!

My home A/C+Heating unit (for my enclosed Florida Room) stopped cooling just after I bought my home in Navarre, FL, and I called a company to have it repaired and was told, after inspecting, that it needed to be replaced & for quite a huge $$$$ amount. I waited a while... considering the huge investment. Then recently, I called White Sands and the gentleman that arrived was quite knowledgeable as to what might be the problem and thought the unit might not need to be replaced, went on to inspect,!and sure enough, it didn’t!! He went on to fix the unit completely and has been in working order ever since!! And for quite a lot less!!$$$ Wish I had called White Sands initially....it’s hard to find honest, trustworthy & experienced people these days but the gentleman, Scott, from White Sands possesses all of these qualities!! I recommend this company to anyone needing their services!!! Thank you Scott & White Sands. We will be forever grateful!!!
