White Sands Cooling & Heating has been providing HVAC repair services along the Florida Panhandle since 1998. In the past 24 years, our services have spanned from Perdido Key to Navarre, and we have developed a reputation of delivering stellar and prompt service to our customers.

These guys were fantastic, on time and professional. They diagnosed and fixed our AC duct issues with the most economical and effective solution which other companies couldn't or wouldn't do as all the other HVAC companies wanted me to send $1000s more.

Thank you White Sands for going above and beyond to help repair my AC and coming back the following day when I had electrical issues. Scott and his team fixed my electrical problem in an effort to help me. The electrical issue turned out to be a bad GFI plug totally unrelated to anything they worked on. But Scott could tell not being able to get in and out of the garage was a big deal and sent someone to help. They are a great company to use with excellent customer service!!

AC went out and we called white sands as they are the company that installed it. They gave me a time they would be on site and they didn't disappoint. When the tech arrived he identified himself and the company, and immediately got to work. Ryan didn't miss a beat, had the system inspected and figured out the problem in no time. Took even less time for him to replace the part that went out and then he patiently waited in the heat to ensure all the readings came back correct. He even got the water hose and washed off the outside vents of the unit to ensure it was able to perform at full capacity. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all questions. This company will continue to have my business.

Wow! This is the best company around! Don't call anyone else! The amount of time and effort their technician put into fixing my furnace issues is remarkable and was incredibly well priced for the work they provided. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. Hobby was very polite and super helpful and resolved a furnace issue I've been having for months. He made sure we were taken care of. Two other companies failed to fix our problem and only provided temporary fixes and I paid more for that then I did for White Sands to correctly fix my issue. Don't call anyone else!

The A/C tech who came out to diagnose the A/C problem discovered the issue right away. I previously had 2 other local companies try to figure out the issue, but they just attributed the problem to age. I am grateful to White Sands for being professional, thorough, and explaining what needs to be repaired. Great company!!

True professionals, this was a very enjoyable experience. Scott, Rob, Hobie, Ryan an Andrew did a great job. Team installed a new AC unit, both inside an out, everyone took the time to explain what they were doing an showed me how to use the equipment. I am very picky when it comes to contractors in my home an have no problem pointing something out if it’s wrong. White Sands gave me no reason to complain, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I definitely recommend White Sands cooling and heating, you will not be disappointing. Quick response, no pressured sales, outstanding workmanship, it was a real pleasure doing business with him.

I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, "I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working" So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didn't have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me. I am sure that there are good A/C companies all around us, but finding an owner and company that will ALWAYS do right by you and not try to take you to the bank can be a roll of the dice. I 100% trust this company with any and all of my future needs.
